ITEM TITLE:Resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying Inc for the North 6th Ave Rebuild & Rail Renovation Project 2796

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

The City of Yakima (City) requests to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying Inc for the N 6th Ave Rebuild & Rail Renovation Project 2796.  The scope of work for this effort is outlined in Exhibit A of the attached professional services agreement. Design of this project is expected to begin in 2021 and is funded with Transportation Benefit District funds.

 

The proposed agreement with HLA is for an amount not to exceed $1,476,000.
