ITEM TITLE:Administration of Oath of Office to Municipal Court Judge Troy Clements

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At the January 16, 2024, City Council meeting, Acting City Manager Oglesby noted under Section 1.60.040 of the Yakima Municipal Code, the City Manager recommends judicial appointments to the City Council who is responsible for ratification of the position of Judge. The City Council then confirmed Mr. Harrison's appointment of Troy Clements as Municipal Court Judge effective April 1, 2024.
