City Project #2580 provided for the signal and electrical materials needed with the North 1st Street Phase 3 project. Included were traffic signal poles, controller cabinets, street lights, pedestrian lights, and junction boxes. Final inspection for these projects were made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $0 is due from the City to the contractor for the completion of the work.
