ITEM TITLE:Project Completion and Contract Acceptance with ESF Solutions LLC for the Robertson Elementary School Safety Improvements Project 2562

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

City Project #2562 provided for the construction of new sidewalks, including driveways, ADA ramp improvements, and associated storm drainage along Powerhouse Road and Englewood Avenue. Final inspection for these projects were made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted.  Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment.  A final payment of $22,956.95 is due from the City to the contractor for retainage.

The total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and other costs.  City Council action is required to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
