City Project #2600 provided for the replacement of an existing air handler and cooling unit serving the City of Yakima's Lions Pool. Work included hydronic piping, a hydronic pump, controls, and electrical work. Final inspection for the project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $30,580.40 is due from the City to the contractor for retainage.
