City Project #2441 provided for the 2nd Street Landscaping Renovation. In 2018 the City contracted with Superior Walls LLC to provide for site preparation, grading, irrigation system installation, and landscaping for N 2nd Street.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of Payment by the Department of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing final payment. A final payment of $0 is due from the City to Superior Walls LLC for the completion of the work.
