Resolution awarding and authorizing an agreement with Questica for budget management software

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

The City of Yakima desires to purchase off the NASPO Contract AR2472 to procure Budget Management Software functionality from Questica, which Questica agrees to deliver pursuant to the NASPO Contract and under the terms and conditions as found in agreement.
