ITEM TITLE:Resolution authorizing an agreement with the Yakima Area Arboretum for the operation and maintenance of Yakima’s arboretum

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The City’s previous agreement with the Yakima Area Arboretum to operate and maintain the arboretum property and associated buildings expired.  This new operations and maintenance agreement updates the terms and conditions and continues the City’s partnership with the Yakima Area Arboretum to operate and maintain the arboretum property and buildings.
