ITEM TITLE:Resolution placing the Shopping Cart Collection Fee in the Master Fee Schedule

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

On December 6, 2023, Council adopted Resolution 2022-169 placing certain fees in the master fee schedule. The Shopping Cart Collection Fee was left out of the master fee schedule. This Resolution will place the fee in the master schedule.
