ITEM TITLE:	Resolution awarding Bid 12316 and authorizing an agreement with H.D. Fowler Co., Inc. for Miscellaneous Brass Water Tube Fittings

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:

The City went out to bid on 117 different brass water tube fittings that are uses to maintain the City's water system. Two Bids were received but only the Bid received from H.D. Fowler Company, Inc. was received by the required Bid due date and time. The second Bid was received after the required bid submittal time and after the bid opening was conducted therefore being rejected as non-responsive.
