The information presented in this summary is very similar to the hard copy handouts that were provided during the first City Council Retreat. We have provided a little more detail as to how the more concentrated call areas illustrated in the heat maps are represented in numbers. We also broke areas out from the full city heat map and zoomed into those areas with the data converted into call numbers. The Breakdown by Major Incident Type report, which was provided at the first retreat, has been included as well.
