| SUMMARY EXPLANATION: | | This agreement will provide network system maintenance and repairs to cover items like firewall setup, maintenance and operations, a dedicated internet access, software to run security cameras, PC Support and ports for Spillman Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) workstations. It also provides service and repair options for items not included in attachment "A" on an as needed basis with cost charged at an hourly rate. This agreement provides the same scope of services as were provided in 2022. |
